Remedy Report 11-16



The Application Development Network supports over 50+ applications while developing new applications in the process. When an issue is reported for an application, the ADN recieves a support ticket and then works to resolve the issue. Below shows the number of tickets processed over the lifetime of support (with what available data exists), and specifically the past year. Note, some of the support tickets tallied, may actually be requests for new features and not actual issues with an application.


Note: Total average is the average number of tickets per month from October 2013 to present day. The 2014 average was 37.26 tickets and the 2015 average was 41.92
